Colorado's Fire Fighters
The Colorado State Fire Fighters Association has been serving the needs of its member firefighters and their respective communities since its inception in 1916.
Originally started by five Colorado fire departments, the Colorado State Fire Fighters Association continuously grows in membership.
Existing fire safety laws and ordinances throughout Colorado reflect the influence the Colorado State Fire Fighters Association has had with state and local lawmakers over the course of its history.

The CSFFF is a full 501c3 Charity Organization.
OUR PURPOSE:
The Colorado State Fire Fighters Foundation is established to be a charity whose purpose is to assist Colorado Firefighters and First Responders by undertaking any of the following activities:

To raise funds to support the needs of families of injured or fallen firefighters and other first responders in Colorado.

To raise funds to make grants or scholarships to support the further education of first responders and of family members of injured or fallen firefighters and other first responders in Colorado.

To educate and promote firefighter safety.
-
To provide training and education in fire safety, including scholarships for such training, to firefighters and other first responders.
-
To engage in such activities as shall be set forth in the Bylaws which will assist in the accomplishment of those purposes immediately aforementioned.

The mission of the NVFC is to provide a unified voice for volunteer Fire/EMS organizations.
The NVFC accomplishes its mission and provides meaningful support to fire and EMS organizations through a wide range of services and programs:

Representing the interests of the volunteer fire, emergency medical, and rescue services at the U.S. Congress, federal agencies, and national standards setting committees

Helping departments recruit and retain Fire Service and EMS/Rescue personnel
